If you are reading this in a rare quiet moment between school runs, application forms and hard evenings, you already know more than most about holding things together. This is for you, because I see you.
Before MirrorSpeak, my career took me across industries and countries, managing human resources, organisational and talent development- helping senior leaders navigate career and leadership changes. I completed my Master’s in HR and Organisational Analysis from King’s College London and trained to be an ICF Accredited Coach.
Walking away from a stable corporate career to build something of my own tested everything I knew about business and coaching. Meaningful coincidences presented themselves when parenting without a village and learning about neurodiversity presented challenges I hadn’t foreseen. Through a sense of loss about what could have been, and yet the slow emergence of a unique, cherished parenting experience, the seeds of change were sown. Some days, it felt like sowing seeds with no guarantee when they'll grow.
But a well-researched strengths-based approach, built thoughtfully through deep connection, attuned presence, co-regulation, and child-led play, meant that, slowly but steadily, things started to shift. Watching my daughter grow her confidence and resilience taught me something I now intentionally weave into my work as a Coach.
Building a safe space, attuned presence, deep connection and following the child’s special interest naturally come together in the work we do at MirrorSpeak. As thinking partners, we collaboratively build the foundation of self-belief, self-compassion and resilience for our neurospicy kids. As a parent, you would see your child’s unique strengths and capabilities, and we will work together to make those strengths shine.
My story is as unique as my individual lens, and so is your child’s. And at MirrorSpeak, we gently hold up the mirror so you, your family and the wider society get to celebrate their strengths too. It is this belief that's led me to grow Mirrorspeak — a space built on presence, not performance. In our presence, your child is seen and valued for who they are, not what they achieve. And there will still be hard days. But you, as a parent, don't have to carry it all alone.
Alongside working as a Coach, Sonam is also training to be a children's counsellor with Place2Be, bringing her coaching background, systems thinking and organisational development experience to support families who want their children to belong!
If you’d like to talk about the support we can offer, I'd love to hear from you.
We coach at the intersection of emotional depth and practical clarity.
My approach offers a steady, reflective space where you and your child can slow down enough to hear yourself again — without pressure, performance, or expectation.
In our work together, you can expect:
